Weight Loss Diet Plan | How to Lose Weight Fast 10 Kgs in 15 Days

Today I want to share with you all a very effective and self tested diet plan which can kill your 10Kgs weight in 15 days, you can loss upto 10Kgs, but I can commit you 10Kg. 

Start your day with Bay leaf, or tej patta hot water, Tej patta burn fat and fight with PCOS, PCOD problem. I would recommend tej patta water only in winters. 

For breakfast I would suggest eat 2 to 3 multi grain roti along with vegetable, below are the list of vegetable which you have to eat or not to eat.

EAT:- 
*Petha (Pumpkin)
*Lauki, Giya (Bottle Gourd)
*Shimla Mirch (Capsicum)
*Green Beans
*Dhaniya (Coriender)
* Palak (Spinach)
*Tomato
*Paneer

NOT EAT VEGETABLE:- 
*Any type Corn
*Bindi (Lady Finger)
*Karela
*Arbi
*Baingan (Brinjal)
*Green Peas
* Gajar (Carrots)

You can choose vegetable according to above list, and can take tea or coffee according to your choice but without sugar, or you can use sugar free also. 

AFTER 2 HOURS OF BREAKFAST:- Eat one KIWI and 2 slice of pineapple. 

LUNCH:- For lunch I can give you 5 options
* Boil Ghiya
*Broccoli and Paneer salad
*Vegetable sandwich 
*Smoothie 
*Cold coffee

Whenever you feel hungry, you can always eat Orange, Apple and Pomegranate seeds max by 7:00PM. 

EVENING TEA:- Drink one big mug of Organic India Green tea you can take
* 4 to 5 almonds
* Roasted Channa
* Suji Toast (2)
*Digestive Biscuits.

DINNER- Only Papaya or 2 slice of Pineapple. 

Still if you feel hungry, you can eat 4 to 5 almonds with 6 to 7 kishmis.

I am PCOD patient .Can you please suggest which diet is the best diet .I saw so many videos on your channel . I lost 8 Kg with gym . I did not follow any diet properly but i changed my eating habits after watching your videos.My weight was 75.6 now its 68.Nw my weight is not going .Its a time to follow diet plans properly.My problem is I can follow diet plan easily like one week plan or 15 days ..Bt monthly i can not .     was surprised that my first fast day was not as hard as I thought it would be. I had my morning cup of coffee with a little milk and off to the gym I went. I was very surprised to find out that I could work out and not pass out! I did 15 min of aerobics! I drank a lot of ice tea and water all day. I ate some oatmeal with blueberries at noon and a salad at 6pm. I wanted to go to bed early so I could get up early and run to the kitchen and start eating! I was very surprised that when I woke up I was not starving!

    Agreed 100% There is no need for all this hate. I don't care as long as everyone is doing their exercises properly and safely.
