Best Pre Workout Meals: What To Eat Before and After a Workout


I personally feel very weakness during workout, so I experiment this amazing recipe and I want to share it with you all.....

Ingredients are:-

* Dates
*Almonds
*Raisins
* Peanut butter
* Chocolate spread
* One spoon of Chia seeds
* One spoon of flex seeds

soak 250 Grms of dates in warm water for 15 to 20 mints.

take mixer or grinder add all the above mentioned ingredients and grind along with soaked dates.

Spread this mixer in a plate or tin and refrigerate it for one hour.

than take a one dark chocolate and add 2 spoon of coconut oil in this, microwave this for 2 mints.....
refrigerate this mixer for 5 mints...

spread this mixer on chilled brownie and refrigerate it again for another one hour and its ready for serve.

who can have this:- PCOD AND PCOS patients

thyroid patients
Workout patients

Who can't:- Sugar or diabetes patients.
